Why Cloth?

The one thing I hated about having babies was buying diapers.

Literally, I am buying some crappy chemical made thing for my baby to poop in and then throw up.
Literally spending money on crap.

I remember getting so frusturated when my oldest was getting potty trained.  And not wanting to buy another box.  And I would have to.  And then hardly use any diapers.
Waste.  Waste.  Waste.

I decided if I ever had another I was doing cloth diapers.
My husband shut down the idea of cloth diapers (and another baby).

But, two pink lines told us otherwise.

And that's when I decided, I am definitely not wasting money on diapers.
So, I confidently I told my husband "We're cloth diapering", prepared for him to protest.

He looked at me, sighed and said "OK.  But seriously, I don't want to change the poops."
Which is what he said about disposables too.

Well, that didn't take much convincing.
I was armed with all the reasons it's so much better.
It's cheaper.
It's so much better for the baby.  And our babies have sensitive skin.
And it's not filling up landfills!
Score.  Score.  Score.

Plus, they are super cute.

And really, they aren't gross or hard.  I swear!

If you're a bit intrigued, or want to make the world a little greener and save a little money, click here or here.  It has a lot of information of types of diapers and how many you would need.

But I am warning you, you will become obsessed with them.

Cloth diapering is a decision you will not regret.

As strange as it sounds, I like changing diapers now.  And I like buying diapers.
